Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets is located in Rovaniemi, between the beautiful Kemijoki River and the Ounasvaara ski resort, about a five-minute drive from the city center. The hotel offers various accommodation options, including cabins and holiday apartments of different sizes, all equipped with a private sauna and kitchen. In winter, the slopes and trails of Ounasvaara, along with the WNTR Sauna and ice swimming area, are right next to the hotel. In summer, the area features excellent cycling routes, a summer bobsleighing and the services of the Summer Restaurant Sauna.

Location and arrival
DirectionsLapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets is located in Rovaniemi near the services of Ounasvaara. The hotel reception is located at Mustinpolku 4 (formerly Antinmukka 4) and there is a free parking area in front of the main building. The apartments are located on both sides of Pallarintie and each apartment's yard has a parking space and a heating socket, the use of which is included in the accommodation price. 11.9.–31.10.2026 WNTR Sauna is open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays:

Check-in is from 16.00, and check-out is by 12.00.
Inquire about the possibility of late check-out at the hotel reception. The fee is €10 per hour after 12.00.
Breakfast

Parking
You can easily reach us by car. There is plenty of free parking space in front of the main building. Each cabin and holiday apartment also has its own parking space and heating socket, which are included in the accommodation price.
Are you coming with an electric car?
An electric car charging station is located on the Pallarintie 15 side of the cabin area. Charging for electric cars is paid through the Plugit app or a one-time payment service. Charging rates are available from the service provider. Parking at the charging station is only allowed during charging. The charging station has a maximum power of 11-22 kW.

The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms. To ensure the availability of a pet-friendly room, please book in advance through our online store or at the hotel reception. The pet fee is €20 per stay and includes cleaning, a treat, a water bowl, and a pet towel for your visit.
Pets are also welcome in the hotel lobby bar and restaurant.

The hotel reception is open daily from 7:30 to 23:00. The Lapland Hotels Shop, located next to the reception, is open during reception hours. The shop offers a selection of soft drinks, sweets, souvenirs and gifts.
