Due to poor snow conditions, the season in Pallas ends on 3.5.2026. Slopes and hotel services will close on 3.5 at 17.00. Thank you to all our customers for the past season!

For guests staying at Lapland Hotels Pallas 14.2.–3.5.2026, guided cross country skiing tours are included in the price. The tours depart from the hotel daily at 10.00. Please ask at the reception for more information.

There is a bus connection from Kolari railway station to Pallastunturi, timed to coincide with the arrival of night trains.

From Kittilä Airport, there is a demand-responsive taxi service that connects with most Finnair flights. However, this service is not available for all flights.

The legendary Pallas hotel opens its doors already on 1.1.2026. Experience the soft tones of polar night, the crispness of midwinter, and the bright warmth of late winter ans spring, all in the embrace of the fell nature. The hotel is located at the tree line, in the middle of the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, providing direct access to hiking trails and snowy fields. Skiing trips, snowshoe walks, and the peace of nature await you – right there, where winter starts earlier and feels more authentic.

Ski Resort in the backyard

The Pallas Ski Resort, a true paradise for free riders, is located in the hotel's backyard. The slopes of Pallas Ski Resort are not artificially snowed; instead, the whole concept is based on nature-oriented activities. You can purchase lift tickets at the hotel reception.
