Lapland Hotels Club points can be used for reward stays and room upgrades at all hotels in the Lapland Hotels chain.

Reward stays redeemable with points are for two people in a standard double room. You can make your reservation while logged into the club at the laplandhotels.com online store, through our sales service, or directly at the hotel. For room upgrades with points, please contact the hotel directly.

Points required for a reward night per night (Standard room)*

You can exchange your earned points for reward vouchers to use for equipment rentals. A reward voucher worth 5 000 points entitles you to one equipment rental at our Lapland locations. The offerings include gear for skiing, hiking, and cycling, and the selection varies by location.

Examples of equipment:

• Fatbike & helmet (1 day)

• Mountain bike & helmet (2 days)

• Snowshoes + poles (1 week)

• Polar ski - backcountry skis (1 day)

• Cross-country skis + poles (1 week)

• One-day ski set (Ylläs, Pallas, Olos, Luosto, Ounasvaara)

• One-day pro set or snowboard set (Ylläs, Pallas, Olos, Luosto, Ounasvaara)

Using reward vouchers

To redeem a reward voucher, send an email to myynti@laplandhotels.com, and you will receive the voucher in your email within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Reward vouchers are valid for one year from the date of redemption. Rental equipment must be reserved in advance. Once you have received the reward voucher, make your equipment reservation by contacting the service provider. Equipment availability can only be confirmed at the time of reservation. When you arrive to pick up the equipment, you must present the reward voucher at the service point. Please note that unused reward vouchers or portions of them are not redeemable for cash. Ski passes and rental equipment for the Ylläs Ski Resort can be collected in Äkäslompolo at the Y1 ticket office and in Ylläsjärvi at Saaga Ski Rental.

You can exchange your earned points for reward vouchers to use for a day pass at our ski centers. A reward voucher worth 5 000 points can be used for one day pass at our ski centers in Ylläs, Olos, Luosto, Ounasvaara, or Pallas. Come and enjoy the well-groomed slopes in stunning scenery.

Using reward vouchers

To redeem a reward voucher, send an email to myynti@laplandhotels.com, and you will receive the voucher in your email within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Reward vouchers are valid for one year from the date of redemption. No advance reservation is required for the ski center day pass. When you pick up the day pass, present the reward voucher at the service point at the ski center. Please note that unused reward vouchers or portions of them are not redeemable for cash. Ski passes and rental equipment for the Ylläs Ski Resort can be collected in Äkäslompolo at the Y1 ticket office and in Ylläsjärvi at Saaga Ski Rental.

You can enjoy the points you've earned by exchanging them for reward vouchers. A reward voucher worth 10 000 points can be used, for example, for guided activities by Lapland Safaris in Rovaniemi, Saariselkä, Luosto, Ylläs, or Levi. Delight in the thrill of speed, the white snow, and the beautiful northern nature. Choose from options like a snowmobile safari, a northern lights tour, or skiing and snowshoeing.

Using the reward vouchers

Redeem a reward voucher by emailing myynti@laplandhotels.com. You will receive the voucher by email within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Reward vouchers are valid for one year from the redemption date. The safari or other activity must be booked in advance.

Once you have received the voucher, make a reservation by contacting the service provider, Lapland Safaris, at info@laplandsafaris.fi or +358 16 33 11 200. When you arrive for the safari or activity, present the reward voucher at the service desk. Please note that unused vouchers or their unused portions cannot be refunded.

You can exchange your earned points for reward vouchers to use for a day pass at our ski centers. A reward voucher worth You can exchange your earned points for Lapland Hotels reward vouchers. A reward voucher worth 5 000 points can be used at Santa Claus Office to redeem the photos and video of your meeting with Santa Claus.

Using reward vouchers

No advance reservation is required for a visit to Santa Claus Office. After visiting, present the reward voucher at the cash register, and you will receive a code to view and download the photo and video of your meeting with Santa Claus. Please note that unused reward vouchers or portions of them are not redeemable for cash.
