Lapland Hotels Oulu’s versatile meeting rooms provide excellent settings for both intimate gatherings and larger events. Our spaces range from smaller cabinets to larger meeting rooms accommodating up to 180 people. In total, the hotel features nine well-equipped meeting rooms, including four located in the historic Ynninkulma. In addition to these magnificent spaces, Oula Kitchen & Bar offers meeting guests unique northern culinary experiences that delight both the palate and the eyes.

Lapland Hotels Oulu will be closed from January 7 to May 7, 2025, due to expansion work. The fully renovated Lapland Hotels Oulu will be ready by the end of 2025.

Luosto cabinet and sauna
The rental of the 16-person sauna space includes the Luosto Cabinet equipped with modern meeting technology, Arctic Pine shower products, and access to the hotel's general swimming pool.
Please note that the sauna area is licensed, so bringing your own drinks is not allowed.
For private guests, the age limit is 18 years.
