Located on the shores of Lake Ounasjärvi, the village of Hetta in Enontekiö is an excellent destination for hikers.

Hetta offers trails and tracks for both day hikes and longer treks, including the popular Hetta-Pallas route. In Hetta, you can also experience Sámi culture, and a short drive takes you to the Sámi village of Kautokeino in Norway.
