Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets is located in Rovaniemi, between the beautiful Kemijoki River and the Ounasvaara ski resort, about a five-minute drive from the city center. The hotel offers various accommodation options, including cabins and holiday apartments of different sizes, all equipped with a private sauna and kitchen. In winter, the slopes and trails of Ounasvaara, along with the WNTR Sauna and ice swimming area, are right next to the hotel. In summer, the area features excellent cycling routes, a summer bobsleighing and the services of the Summer Restaurant Sauna.
Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets is closed, but apartments are available for rent from April 14th to May 28th, 2026. The hotel is otherwise closed, and restaurant or reception services are not available. Apartments can only be booked through the online store, and arrival and key handover are arranged personally. Phone service is generally open on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm even during the closure period. The hotel will reopen on May 29th, 2026.

Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets is located in Rovaniemi near the services of Ounasvaara. The hotel reception is located at Mustinpolku 4 (formerly Antinmukka 4) and there is a free parking area in front of the main building. The apartments are located on both sides of Pallarintie and each apartment's yard has a parking space and a heating socket, the use of which is included in the accommodation price. WNTR Sauna's winter season 2026 has ended
The ice has left the Kemijoki River, and the winter swimming pier has been lifted onto dry land. The sauna will get a moment to rest before the summer season begins.
The sauna will heat up again in connection with the Summer Restaurant starting from 30.5.2026.
