Lapland Hotels Arena does not have its own parking spaces, and parking cannot be paid at the hotel reception. Nearby parking garages Aimo Park Arena and Technopolis Yliopistonrinne can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. See the arrival instructions below.

Arrival by car to Aimo Park Arena

Driving address Sorinkatu 10.

You can access the main lobby of Nokia Arena on the 1st floor by elevator from the parking garage, where there are signs to the elevators that take you to the hotel reception. Aimo Park Arena is a barrier-free garage, where parking can be paid either at the machine or via the app by entering the license plate number. The drive height is 2.2 meters. Read more.

Do this:

Option 1 – Aimo app:

1. Download the Aimo app and add your car's license plate number, payment card details, and activate camera recognition in the app. See the app's user manual.

2. Provide your license plate number at the hotel reception upon arrival to redeem the discounted price.

1. Pay for parking at the garage machine before leaving, based on the license plate number.

2. Provide your license plate number at the hotel reception upon arrival to redeem the discounted price.

• Parking at the charging points is only allowed for rechargeable vehicles during charging. Do not stop charging in the Aimo app before leaving the parking spot.

The parking garage is located opposite the hotel entrance. Please note that the pedestrian crossing to cross Ratapihankatu from the parking garage side to the hotel side is about 100 meters from the parking garage exit; there is no direct crossing option at the parking garage to the main entrance of the hotel. To receive the benefit, you must provide the car's license plate number at the reception at check-in. Parking fee is paid with the Moovy app or at the garage payment machine.

The hotel's general sauna facilities are available free of charge to hotel guests. The saunas are located on the 12th-floor rooftop terrace, with separate saunas for women and men. Find more information about the sauna facilities here.

Lapland Hotels Arena does not have its own gym, but guests staying at the hotel who are members of the Lapland Hotels Club can borrow workout passes for GOGO Express Arena from the reception free of charge, with a receipt. For non-members, the cost of a workout pass is €5 per visit. For more information, please inquire at the reception.

The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms in every room category. To ensure the availability of a pet-friendly room, please book in advance through our online store or the hotel reception. The pet fee is €30 per stay and includes cleaning, a treat, a water bowl, and a pet towel for use during your visit.

Pets are also welcome in the hotel’s lobby bar and restaurants. To ensure a suitable spot for your pet in the restaurant, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
