Lapland Hotels Arena saunat
Lapland Hotels Arena offers experiential sauna experiences from the rooftop terrace sauna world to a unique sauna suite and over 70 sauna-equipped hotel rooms. For hotel guests, the use of the rooftop terrace Naava and Kaarna saunas is included in the accommodation price. The rooftop terrace private sauna Tuohta provides a magnificent setting for various events.
Sauna for hotel guests and day visitors
The saunas Naava and Kaarna located on the 12th floor rooftop of the hotel are available free of charge for hotel guests. There are separate saunas for women and men.

Morning saunas Sat-Sun 8–11
The saunas also welcome day visitors to enjoy the steam by the Tampere landscapes.
Sauna fee 15€/person incl. towels and detergents. Children aged 4-12 pay half price and children under 4 years old are free of charge.
Saunas open for day visitors Mon-Sat.
The sauna fee can be paid at the hotel reception on the 4th floor. The saunas are primarily for hotel guests, so please note that there may not always be enough space for day visitors. Sauna time for day visitors is 1.5h.
Note: The sauna facilities are a licensed area, so bringing your own drinks is not allowed. Sauna drinks can be purchased from the rooftop terrace Laawu's counter (in the summer) or from the hotel reception. Check out the opening hours and menus of the rooftop terrace Laawu here.
