The hotel has its own parking garage, with 70 parking spaces. Few of the spaces can be reserved in advance. There are two electric car charging spots in the garage.

Parking fee

Parking costs €27 per day, and a pre-booked parking space costs €35 per day. Pre-booked spaces are marked with black “RESERVED” signs in the parking area.

Parking space dimensions: minimum height 2.40 m and minimum width 2.28 m.

Parking is paid at the reception. As a Lapland Hotels Club member, you receive a 50% discount on parking if your booking is eligible for member benefits.

Electric car charging is paid through the Plugit app or single payment service. Charging rates are available from the service provider. Parking at the electric charging point is allowed only during charging. The charging point power is a maximum of 11–22 kW.

The hotel's sauna facilities are located on the top 8th floor and are open to hotel guests from Monday to Sunday from 4pm to 10pm.

Any possible exceptions to sauna times can be checked at the reception.

The hotel does not have its own gym, but guests staying at the hotel who are members of the Lapland Hotels Club can borrow workout cards for fitness center Fressi and gym GOGO Express Arena from the reception free of charge, upon request. For more information, please inquire at the reception.

The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms in all room categories. To ensure the availability of a pet-friendly room, please book in advance through our online store or at the hotel reception. The pet fee of €25 per stay includes cleaning, a treat, a water bowl, and a pet towel for use during your visit.

Pets are also welcome in the hotel’s lobby bar and restaurant. To ensure a suitable space for your pet in the restaurant, we recommend making a table reservation in advance.

During the summer, the hotel has four bicycles available for guests. Hotel guests can rent bicycles free of charge.

Room service is available daily. Order breakfast or dinner directly to your bed, enjoy some snacks or order a bottle of bubbly to your room. Orders from the hotel reception. Room service charge +10 €.

Room service is available during restaurant opening hours.

The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. In the Lapland Hotels Shop, located next to the reception, you can purchase refreshments, snacks, bath products, and souvenirs.
