We have moved our website and online store to a new platform and refreshed our visual identity to better serve our customers in digital channels as well.

Here are some key things to know about the renewal:

  • Lapland Hotels Club members need to reset their passwords the first time they log in after 3.12.2024. You will receive a temporary password via email, which you can replace with a new one. Reset your password from here

  • The Lapland Hotels Club pages and member benefits can be found under the "About Us" section in the top navigation bar or through this link.

  • Booking a reward night will become available in the online store later this year. If you want to book a reward night using points before that, please contact sales at myynti@laplandhotels.com.

  • We welcome feedback about the website and online store to help us improve further. By providing feedback, you can enter a draw to win one of three €50 gift cards.

Welcome to Santa Claus Office

Santa Claus Office is located in Santa Claus Village on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi, Santa Claus' official hometown. Santa Claus Office is open every day of the year, and there is no entrance fee to visit.

SnowVillage in Kittilä

The SnowVillage season has ended. We will open again on 25.12.2026. The theme for the next season will be announced in autumn 2026.

Lapland Hotels SnowVillage is rebuilt from scratch every year in Lainio, Kittilä, and delights its visitors with changing themes and stunning ice art.

SnowVillage is a unique icy complex covering about two hectares, with construction using over 20 million kilos of snow and about 300,000 kilos of crystal-clear natural ice each year. The annually changing theme is announced in the autumn.
