Lapland Hotels Arena does not have its own gym, but guests staying at the hotel who are members of the Lapland Hotels Club can borrow workout passes for GOGO Express Arena from the reception free of charge. For non-members, the cost of a workout pass is 5 € per visit. For more information, please inquire at the reception.

Lapland Hotels Arena does not have its own parking spaces, and parking cannot be paid at the hotel reception. The parking garages Aimo Park Arena and Technopolis Yliopistonrinne are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Check the arrival instructions below.

Arrival by car to Aimo Park Arena

Driving address Sorinkatu 10.

From the parking garage, you can take an elevator to the main lobby of Nokia Arena located on the 1st floor, where there are signs to elevators that lead to the hotel reception. Aimo Park Arena is a barrier-free garage, the hotel's discount price requires payment via the Aimo app or payment machine every time you exit. The driving height is 2.2 meters. Read more.

• Parking at charging spots is allowed only for charging vehicles during the charge. Do not stop charging with the Aimo app before leaving the parking space.

Arrival by car to Technopolis Yliopistonrinne

Driving address Ratapihankatu 51.

The parking garage is located opposite the hotel's entrance. Please note that the crosswalk to cross Ratapihankatu from the parking garage side to the hotel side is about 100 meters away from the parking garage exit; there is no direct crossing at the parking garage for the hotel's main entrance. Discounted rates in garages for hotel guests:

• For Lapland Hotels Arena guests €15 / day

• For Lapland Hotels Club members €10 / day (if the stay includes Club benefits)

To receive the benefit, you must report your car's registration number at the reception upon check-in.

Check-in from 15.00 and check-out by 12.00.

Inquire about the possibility of late check-out at the hotel reception. The cost is 15 € per hour after 12.00.

For Lapland Hotels Club members 10€/hour, if the accommodation entitles you to club benefits.

You can inform the reception of your departure time in advance and leave the key in your room.

Pets are also welcome in the hotel’s lobby bar and restaurants. To ensure a suitable spot for your pet in the restaurant, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Room service is available daily by kitchen opening hours. Order breakfast or dinner directly to your bed, enjoy a light snack, or request a bottle of sparkling wine to your room.
