Missing points in your membership account?

If you are a Lapland Hotels Club member and your points are not showing in your member profile after staying at one of our hotels, you can contact us using this form. We will check and update the status or contact you if necessary.

Please note that registering points to a member's Lapland Hotels Club account may take four days from the check-out date.
