The gentle Flow yoga classes combine strengthening and mobility-enhancing asanas (postures) with meditation, relaxation, and breathing exercises. Yoga helps relax and balance both body and mind and supports the ability to focus and stay present in the moment. In the midst of a busy life, yoga is an excellent way to take care of your well-being. The retreat is also suitable for beginners and for those who consider themselves “stiff”; no prior experience is required. However, the sessions are not recommended for pregnant participants.
Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing and bring your own yoga mat and fleece blanket. If needed, yoga mats and fleece blankets can also be borrowed from Haikko. A few yoga blocks are available in the studio to assist with the asanas.

Yoga retreat bookings can be made online no later than 3 days before the weekend, with free cancellation up to 3 days in advance. Search for your preferred dates, click “Search rooms,” and choose your desired room type. The package is eligible for Lapland Hotels Club points and member benefits.
Payment for the yoga retreat is made on site at the reception. The yoga retreat will be held with a minimum of 8 participants per retreat (we will contact you in advance if the retreat is not confirmed). We reserve the right to make changes to services and schedules.
