Arriving from the airport?

Tampere-Pirkkala Airport: Tornikaari 50, 33960 Pirkkala

There are daily connections to Tampere from Helsinki and Stockholm by airplane. Taxis are on call at the taxi stand in front of the airport in accordance with flight schedules. If you want to confirm a ride or you have special requests, you can book a taxi in advance. It takes abotu 20 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport.

There is a bus connection between Tampere city center and the airport (bus no 1). Schedules are available on Tampere public transport website.

Arriving by public transport

If you are arriving on foot from the centre of Tampere, the most convenient way to access the hotel is via the entrance to the Arena. The address of the Arena is Kansikatu 3.

If you are coming from the bus station, go via Vuolteenkatu to Kansikatu where the entrance to the Arena is located.

If you are coming from the railway station, take the stairs to Ratapihankatu and continue straight for 400m until you reach a pedestrian crossing. The main entrance is on the other side of the street.

Arriving by car

There is a drop-off area in front of the hotel’s main entrance where temporary parking is allowed. The address of the hotel is Ratapihankatu 54. You can also access the hotel via the entrance to the Arena. The signs in the lobby guide you to the hotel reception on the 4th floor.

Lapland Hotels Arena does not have its own parking spaces.

The nearest parking halls are:
Aimo Park Arena. The hall has an entrance to the main lobby of the Arena from which you can follow the signs to the hotel reception. Ride height 2.2m. Rate EUR 24€ / 24h, EUR 1.50/hour. Driving address Sorinkatu 10.

Finnpark Technopolis, located opposite the hotel’s main entrance. Please note that there is no direct pedestrian crossing from the parking hall to the hotel. Please note that there is no possibility to cross the street directly from the parking garage to the hotel side, the crosswalk crosses Ratapihankatu approx. 100 m away. Rate 21€/24h, 3€/hour. Driving address Ratapihankatu 51.

Parking fees cannot be paid at the hotel reception. Please check the payment instructions in the parking area in question.
