75 YEARS OF UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAYS
Drink in the best fell views with other visitors who return to the landscapes of the national park year after year.
This magnificent hotel, the first fell hotel in Finland, was designed by architects Väinö Vähäkallio and Aulis Hämäläinen in the functionalist style already in 1938. Steeped in tradition, Lapland Hotel Pallas was finally built after the Second World War.
Our weekly programme of activities, which was compiled according to the wishes of our guests, includes everything from downhill skiing to pancake parties. Guided ski tours are some of the most popular activities among holiday-makers. Small-scale meetings need not be ruled out, either, as the hotel also has a small meeting room. After outdoor activities, you might like to spend time in our inviting living area and library. Some our visitors have left their books in the library for others to enjoy.

The new Pallas hotel, designed by architect Jouko Ylihannu, opened its doors in spring 1948. Read more >
