HOW TO CANCEL RESERVATIONS
The spreading of infections caused by the coronavirus pandemic has increased dramatically, and the health authorities recommend limiting domestic travelling as well. To support the policies issued by the Finnish government, and in the best interest of the health of both our customers and our personnel, we are closing all our hotels gradually until 31 May 2020.
AS WE ARE CLOSING OUR HOTELS, WE WILL CANCEL ALL ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS GRADUALLY UNTIL 31 MAY 2020.
All reservations will be cancelled during this period and we will refund in full all accommodations paid in advance. In case you haven’t paid your reservation in advance, the cancellation of the reservation does not require any measures.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET A REFUND FOR RESERVATIONS PAID IN ADVANCE
- Contact the service provider through which you originally made the reservation you have paid in advance for (Lapland Hotels, Booking.com, Expedia etc.)
- In case you have made the reservation directly through Lapland Hotels (online store, by phone or by e-mail), you should submit the refund request by filling out this form.
- We will refund the payment to the original method of payment either by bank transfer or by crediting the payment to the payment card you used.
- Once the refund has been processed, we will send you an acknowledgement about the refund. The refunded payment will appear in your bank account or on the payment card later.

Our ski resorts are closed due to coronavirus
Our ski resorts in Lapland are closing the ski lifts in Ylläs, Luosto, Olos, Pallas and Ounasvaara staring on 22.3.2020.
The ski resorts hope that the public will understand the difficult decision of the ski resorts mentioned above. Customers who have already bought a skipass for next week will be refunded (please, see the form below).
Refund Request for Purchased Lift Ticket
The validity of gift cards that expire by 31 May 2020 can be extended free of charge until the end of this year.
We will keep our customers up to date on the situation and inform immediately about possible changes that will affect our operation.
