Blue1 from Copenhagen to Kittilä in Finnish Lapland

 In line with SAS 4Excelence strategy with focus on routes between Finland and Scandinavia, Blue1 will start operations from Copenhagen to Kittilä in Finnish Lapland in December 2012 with 2 weekly flights.

The new route from Copenhagen to Kittilä opens up new opportunities for passengers who want to experience real winter in Lapland. Levi, 15 minutes from Kittilä Airport, is the biggest ski resort in Finland and is located in the Fell Lapland, in the middle of pure nature and large wilderness areas. Levi Fell village is actually a small holiday town, which offers a wide range of first-rate services to its guests.

 The flights from Copenhagen connect Kittilä to more than 40 cities around the world, besides a number of European cities also New York, Washington and Chicago.

The flights are operated by Blue1 Boeing 717 aircraft with a seating capacity of 115, twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays.
