How the Online booking system works

The Lapland Hotels Online system allows you to book rooms and certain holiday packages to all our destinations in Lapland:

• Lapland Hotel Sirkantähti – Levi
• Lapland Hotel Olos – Muonio
• Lapland Hotel Pallas – Pallastunturi
• Lapland Hotel Hetta – Enontekiö
• Lapland Hotel Kilpis – Kilpisjärvi

How to make a booking

SEARCH

1. Choose the hotel you want
2. Choose how many people will be staying
3. Choose how many rooms you would like to book.
4. Arrival date: Select the correct arrival day, month and year
5. Departure date: Select the correct departure day, month and year
6. Click on ’SEARCH’. The system will check the availability for your search criteria for the dates you have selected and list the available rooms, rates and special offers
7. Choose the type/rate you want by clicking on ’Make a Booking’
8. You will be taken to the actual booking confirmation. You will be given the information related to your booking at the top of the screen. If you wish to change something, you can return to section 1 and perform a new search

Booking / Confirmation

1. Enter complete details of people staying
   - Forename
   - Surname
   - Street address, postcode, town and country
   - Telephone number
   - Email address (compulsory data, as you will be issued a confirmation by email)

2. Please also inform how you wish to pay:
   - credit card
   It is safe to enter your credit card details, as the connection is secured with SSL certification.

3. Click the Continue button 

4. Check the booking information. When all the details are correct, click ’CONFIRM BOOKING’.
   
   Following this the information will be sent to the hotel, and you will receive confirmation your email address you provided. Keep the confirmation and booking number in a safe place, you will need the booking number if you need to cancel the booking.

You can change your Online booking via Lapland Hotels sales@laplandhotels.com or  +358(16)3232. Charge is 20 €.

Cancelling a reservation

You can cancel your Online booking via the Online system using your booking number. Please click on the "Cancel reservation” –button below.

Terms of cancellation for Online bookings

Cancellation fee latest 8 days before arrival 50% of the total booking value. 8 days later and no-show fee 100%.

Special terms regarding bookings as follows:

• Deal of the Day: Cancellation fee latest 8 days before arrival 50% of the total booking value. 8 days later and no-show fee 100%.
• Non-refundable Rate
• Flexible Rate: Free Cancellation latest 7 days before arrival. 7 days later and no-show fee 100%.
• Basic Rate : Change and cancellation possible without fee.
